O Cargadoiro 1, Ribadeo, 2020
At the beginning of the 20th century, the Cargadoiro of Ribadeo allowed trains coming from the mine of Vilaoudriz, about 30 kilometers away, to quickly unload their load of iron ore into ships. Nowadays, it is a pleasant viewpoint on the estuary of the river that separates Galicia from Asturias. I took this picture during a late afternoon in November without much enthusiasm. Only by looking at the images later on the computer did I really started to appreciate it and wanted to do something with it. In the end, I'm delighted with the final rendering!
